    The goal of Customer Support Services is to provide exceptional support for the community of users of Katy ISD technology systems, applications, and equipment. Providing this high level of support for KISD staff, parents, and students enables the division to have a positive impact on the quality of education provided by Katy ISD.

  • The division consists of two dedicated teams: Customer Support Services and Desktop Services. Both teams are committed to the support of the Katy ISD user community. As customer advocates for technology related systems, Customer Support Services strives to provide the best user experience possible.

    Current Projects

    • Technology support of applications, operating systems, and hardware for campus and departmental staff, parent/guardians, and students.
    • Technology projects including retrofits, deployment, and setup of equipment.
