The goal of Customer Services is to provide exceptional support for the users of Katy ISD technology systems, applications and equipment. Providing this high level of support for KISD teachers, administrators and staff, enables the division to have a positive impact on the quality of education that Katy ISD provides its students.
The division consists of two dedicated teams: Customer Support Services and Desktop Services. Both teams are committed to the support of Katy ISD teachers and schools. As customer advocates for technology related systems, Customer Services strives to provide the best user experience possible.
- Technology support of applications, operating systems, and hardware for campus and departmental staff, parent/guardians, and students.
- Technology projects including retrofits, deployment, and setup of equipment.
- Technology warehouse and inventory.
