Katy ISD will hold a bond election on November 7, 2023 which will be administered by Harris, Fort Bend and Waller Counties as required by the Texas Election Code.

EARLY VOTING: October 23, 2023 through November 3, 2023
- Harris County Voting Centers in Katy ISD
- Fort Bend County Voting Centers in KatyISD
- Waller County Voting Centers
The proposed 2023 bond package developed by the Community Bond Advisory Committee and approved by the Katy ISD Board of Trustees includes the following propositions:
- Proposition A: 4 New Schools, Purchase of School sites, 26 Renovations & Expansions for Aging Campuses, 84 Safety & Security upgrades, Buses, 62 Building Component Replacements $722,992,054
- Proposition B: Districtwide Classroom & Campus Technology $83,567,360
- Proposition C: Districtwide Natatorium (Competition Swimming Pools) Component Replacement $4,195,456
- Proposition D: Districtwide Campus Athletic Facilities & Rhodes Stadium Repairs $29,875,472

Katy ISD General Election May 4, 2024

Katy ISD will hold a General Election on May 4, 2024 (polling locations). Trustee Positions 6 and 7 will be on the ballot to serve a three-year term.
Current state law requires a candidate for trustee of an independent school district to be a qualified voter by the time required Election Code Section 141.001. An application for place on the ballot must be filed with the Elections Administrator located at the Katy ISD Education Support Complex, 6301 S. Stadium Lane, Katy, TX 77494 beginning Wednesday, January 17, 2024 and ending at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 16, 2024.
