From January – May, coursework modules will be conducted in a face-to-face format, where candidates are expected to attend all meetings held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, as well as 1-2 Saturdays per month. Candidates will also be required to attend a three-week summer training session during the month of June designed to prepare candidates for the upcoming internship.

| July, 2025 – May 2026 | Internship (187 days with Teacher Pay/Benefits) |
| August, 2025 | First Formal Observation (within the first 4 weeks of teaching assignment) |
| August/September, 2025 | First Informal Coaching/Observation (within the first 6 weeks of teaching assignment) |
| December, 2025 | Three Formal Observations Completed; Three Informal Coaching/Observations Completed |
| Early March, 2026 | Total of Five Formal Observations Completed; Total of Six Informal Coaching/Observations Completed |
| June, 2026 | ACP Recommends for Standard Certification (upon successful completion of program requirements) |
