Seven Lakes’ Band Among the World’s Best

One of only three ensembles recognized in the world this year, the Seven Lakes High School Band earned the Sudler Shield, given by the internationally renowned John Philip Sousa Foundation for outstanding high school marching bands.

Student Excellence Cheered at Annual Celebration

In a festive event tonight, Katy ISD held its annual Student Awards of Excellence and honored dozens of seniors' remarkable achievements they’ve made throughout the school year.  

Stars on the Field and in the Classroom

Excelling in their respective sports and also in the classroom, 475 Katy ISD senior student-athletes, trainers and managers have scored a place on the Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA) Academic All-State list for the 2024-2025 school year.

Estes Named New Principal of Kilpatrick Elementary

Today, Katy ISD Superintendent Ken Gregorski named Jessica Estes as the next principal of Kilpatrick Elementary. She will assume her new role May 27, 2025.
