The safety and well-being of our graduates, families, guests and staff remains our top priority. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable celebration for all: 

Ceremony Details & Arrival Times: 

• Gates will open at 7:00 p.m. 

• Graduates may enter Legacy Field with gown over their arm, cap in hand and carry car keys and cell phone.  Bags and purses are not allowed on the field. 

• Due to the forecasted heat index, graduates may also carry a small (empty) personal mister.  Water will be provided on the field to fill small personal misters. 

• Gate security and screening devices will be in place at all graduate entrances to ensure compliance with allowable items and field safety. 

• Graduates must be seated by 7:45 p.m. 

• Ceremonies will begin promptly at 8:00 p.m. 

Heat & Safety Reminders: 

• Guests are welcome to remain in their vehicles, shaded areas on the concourse, or on the field prior to the start of the ceremony. 

• Water will be provided to graduates on the field throughout the event. 

• Field fan coolers will be positioned along the sidelines to support graduates and staff on the field. 

• Concessions will be available for purchase for guests. 

• Both the home and visitor sides of the stadium will be shaded at the start of the ceremony, and the sun will continue to set, increasing shaded areas as the event progresses. 

• Medical personnel will be on site and available if assistance is needed at any time.
