Semester Exam Absence Policy

Students may not test early for any reason.

If a student is absent on the day of their exam, the teacher will contact parents for notification and to inform parents of the make-up dates and times.

A student that is absent during a semester test will have a make-up exam available for them to take on the provided make-up dates. 

Make-up dates will fall within:

• For Fall Semester: the first two weeks of the second semester (January)

• For Spring Semester: the first two weeks of summer vacation (June)

Students who miss the exam and do not complete the make-up exam by the final make-up date will receive a 0.
