A Space 4 You to Create
Focus on “Art for Mindfulness”. This class will start with an opening meditation and 2-word check in. We will introduce a mindfulness theme, start with a journaling activity, and demonstrate an art for mindfulness project. Participants will create their version of the project, and then close with 30 minutes of yoga asana and 2-word check-out.

A Space 4 You to Grow
Focus on “Social & Emotional Learning”. This class will start with opening meditation and 2-word check in. Then we will move to social and emotional activities and/or games, prompted reflections, journaling in all its creative forms, sharing (optional), closing with 30-minute yoga asana and 2-word check out.

Beginner Yoga & Meditation
Beginners will be introduced to the basics of yogic posture alignment, movement with breath, and mindful meditation.
Yoga Alliance 200 RYT instructor and owner of Prisma Yoga, Liz Scroggins and trainers teach Baptiste vinyasa “flow,” but incorporates a creative mix of traditional hatha, yin and Bikram for a fun and relaxed session.
Through breathwork and movement you fulfill goals of greater range of motion that helps prevent injury, promotes healing, pain reduction and improved circulation to maintain a positive mind - body connection.

Stop the Sugar and Live Better
How do you achieve this? By knowing yourself and practicing self-care and self-love and build awareness to all food addictions and food behaviors. All this, while being in a strong community that supports the process. We will do guided meditation, 2- word check in, prompted reflection igniting self-study, journaling and all its creative forms. The closing activity, approximately 15-30 minutes, will be Yoga asana that helps the withdrawal from sugar and food struggle.
