Destiny Bernal

My name is Destiny Bernal, this is my second year at Davidson and I love being a Dragon. I have 12 years experience in education working in the High school, Junior High, and Elementary level. I married my high school sweetheart who I have been married to for 15 years. We are the proud parents of 3 wonderful daughters. I studied at St. Thomas University and earned my Master’s of Education in Counseling, and earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from University of Houston-Downtown. I love studying the human mind and behaviors and helping people. This year I have the privilege to support students and teachers as an In class support/Resource teacher and case manager. I can’t wait to meet your children and support them in their academic journey.

Ezy Dampman  

Hello, my name is Ezy Dampman. This is my third year working as a Long Term Substitute at Davidson Elementary. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Education from The University of North Texas and a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston. I have taught First Grade and was a Reading Enrichment Teacher in Cypress-Fairbanks ISD before deciding to stay home with my children. Now, an Empty Nester, I am so happy to be able to be back in the classroom and working with the amazing teachers and students at Davidson. I am celebrating 27 years of marriage with my husband. We have a daughter who is in graduate school at UNT and a son starting his junior year at the University of Arkansas. I enjoy reading, gardening, traveling and spending time with my family.

Lynsei Davis

Hello! My name is Lynsei Davis, and this year will be my fourth year at Davidson Elementary, yet my first year as a designated ASIP Educator. I have previously taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade (all content areas, including ESL and Special Education - in Houston ISD, as well as Katy ISD). I have a sincere passion for learning and assisting students to be the best versions of themselves which is developed through respectful relationships and a strong sense of community. I have two amazing daughters, Anari, who attends Sam Houston State University, and Iniya, a senior in Katy ISD. I also have one fantastic dog named Titus James. As a US Navy Veteran (medical), I have served my country, my fellow servicemen and women, and I continue to serve others. GO NAVY! After my enlistment, I attended Texas Women’s University and currently hold a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. In my spare time I love to hang out with family and friends, cook, garden, travel, and simply relax. I am looking forward to interacting with our students and making this another amazing school year!

Jenny Erck

My name is Jenny Erck and I will be at KDE 2 days/ wk, I'll be at OKE the other 3 days. I am a SLP Assistant and this is my 29th year in KISD. I started in KISD at CE, opened SSE, and have been at BHE and RJWE the past 2 years. I am a native Texan and have 3 adult children (Logan, Evan, and Haydan). My youngest daughter, Haydan, will be playing on the women's soccer team at UNC Greensboro. I joined a new club a few weeks ago (the empty nesters - LOL) when we moved her into her dorm at UNCG. I now have LOTS of free time on my hands and my husband and I enjoy eating out and having pool time with friends at our house.

Kerri Gonzales

My name is Kerri Gonzales. I am an In Class support Sped teacher and case manager. This will be my 4th year at KDE. I have worked in Special Education for 20 years. I have a bachelor's degree in Applied Business Management and a Special Education certification. I moved to Texas 7 years ago from New Mexico. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 7 years. I have 3 sons. My oldest is 21, I have a 20 year old and my youngest is 14, just starting high school. I look forward to working with our wonderful Dragon students.

Krystal Lewis

My name is Krystal Lewis, and I am the campus ARD Facilitator. This will be my 8th year at Katy ISD and my 3rd year here at Davidson. I've worn many hats throughout my career in education and have experience throughout multiple positions. However, this one is truly my favorite because I can now advocate for our kids in a new way. I'm thankful that I have the opportunity to continue to work with such a wonderful community and help our Dragons any way I can.

Emma Massey

Hello! My name is Emma Massey and this will be my 3rd year teaching. This will be my 1st year in ECSE, but I have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech Therapy, and I have previously taught in the Life Skills classroom. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child and Family Studies from Baylor University (Sic 'em, Bears!) I have a passion for teaching children with special needs and creating a safe space for them to grow and learn in my classroom. Outside the classroom, you can catch me hanging out with my best friend (a Tibetan Terrier named Georgie), reading at the park, booking a flight, baking, drinking coffee, doing yoga, or watching the Astros! 

Danielle Michalak

Hello! My name is Danielle Michalak, and this is my 5th year at Davidson and as a speech language pathologist. I was born and raised in Eagle Lake, Texas. I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2017 with a bachelors in Special Education, and I graduated from the University of Texas in Dallas with a master's degree in Communication Disorders in 2019. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, friends, and dog, Jax! I am very excited for this school year. I look forward to a lot of fun, growth and progress!

Marianna Pardo  

Hello! My name is Marianna Pardo, and this is my 2nd year at Davidson, yet my worked in Katy ISD since 2014. I previously worked in other states before moving to Texas in 2013. I currently serves as a Special Education Resource Teacher and Team leader. I have two kids and two dogs. I look forward to an amazing school year.

Raji Partha

My name is Raji Partha. I completed my bachelor's degree In India and worked as a software programmer / developer, predominantly building websites and maintaining databases for commercial building developers in the Houston and Dallas area. I have been in Houston for the past 27 years and have two children. I quit my job due to personal reasons and worked at the Westview school as a teacher’s assistant. I fell in love with teaching and this prompted me tp complete my master’s degree in education from the University of St. Thomas. I have been a Resource / ICS teacher at Wolman Elementary for the past two years. I will also start my BCBA master’s certification program at George Mason University this fall. Working with students with Autism has always been my passion and this will be my first year at Davidson Elementary as a YCAP teacher. I am very excited to be a part of this wonderful team.

Laura Ramnarine  

Hello! My name is Laura Ramnarine and am one of the Speech-Language Pathologists at Davidson. This is my 8th year at KDE. I have been practice for 24 years. I was born and raised in Texas. I have practiced in Hawaii, Texas, Wyoming. Along the way I have acquired vast experience with children who have communication disorders. SLPs Make a Difference One Word at a Time!

Jenny Rodriguez  

Hello KDE Family! I’m Jenny Rodriguez, I serve as a Special Education Teacher in the Autisum Support and Intervention Program (ASIP) ). I was born and raised in Colombia. I have an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and Child Development, and a Bachelor’s Degree of Applied Science in Management. I have been in education for over 11 years, and every year I oath to support, love and teach each student so they can grow to the best of their ability.

Amy Salisbury

Hello! I'm Amy Salisbury, a dedicated School Psychologist with a heart full of passion for guiding children through their emotional journeys. With an extensive 9 years of experience in the KISD, I'm thrilled to be spending 2.5 days a week at KDE. Working with kids has always been my source of joy and inspiration, as I find immense fulfillment in helping them navigate through challenging times. Alongside my professional role, I'm a proud mother of two wonderful children. My eldest, Autumn, is beginning first grade at FPSE, while my youngest, Dominik, keeps me busy at 18 months old. I earned my Masters in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in School Psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler. Beyond my work, I cherish moments with my family, indulge in the serenity of gardening, and appreciate the simple pleasures life has to offer.

Diana Watson

Hello, everyone! My name is Diana Watson, and I serve as a Special Education Teacher and Team Leader. My passion lies in teaching Special Education Dyslexia and Resource, and I take great pride in helping my students grow and succeed. On a personal note, I have three wonderful adult children, a lovable yellow lab named Oliver, along with an adorable feline duo, Miley and Maisy. I enjoy seeking out live music events, going on outdoor escapades, and staying active and energized at the gym. I am dedicated to being an advocate for my students, collaborating with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to their education and well-being. The highlight of my day is always seeing our wonderful students, and I am beyond excited for the fantastic year ahead!
