Claudia Anderson

Hi! My name is Claudia Anderson and this is my first year at Davidson. I taught Pre-K for 8 years, 4 in HISD and 4 in Alief. I graduated from The Univeristy of Houston with a bachelors degree in Interdisciplanary Studies. I am a native Houstonian and live with my husband, 2 daughters, 2 dogs and a bearded dragon. I love spending time with friends and family, reading, traveling, cooking and baking. I am looking forward to a great year and meeting my new class!

Christy Cartusciello

My name is Christy Cartusciello and the students usually call me Ms. C. I have been an educator for 10 years & I helped open Davidson Elementary. This will be my 9th year in Kindergarten. I have 2 amazing children. My son is a Freshman at The University of Houston and my daughter is an 11th grader at Cinco Ranch High School. In my free time, I enjoy yoga, binge watching Netflix, reading, and making memories with my family and friends. I look forward to another amazing year with our dragons!

Jonathan Christman

Hello. My name is Jonathan Christman and I'm super excited to meet our new friends. This is my 18th year in education and my 6th year teaching Kindergarten. I taught the Special Education Autism Unit at Memorial High School before transitioning to teaching our littles. My wife and I moved to Katy 10 years ago to be closer to her Pre-K position in KatyISD. We have 3 children and 2 rescue cats. I graduated from HBU and enjoy watching our Huskies play ball. I can't wait to build our classroom community!

Hanora Gonzales

Hi! I'm Hanora Gonzales, or Mrs. G as my students call me. This is my eighth year of teaching, and my fifth as a Davidson Dragon. I taught 2 years of pre-k before transitioning to kindergarten. I started my college career at the University of Mississippi, and graduated from Texas State University. I live in Houston with my husband and two dogs, Jazzy and Pickles. I love spending time with my friends and family, cheering on the Texans and Astros, reading, and being outside! I am so excited to build my class family with y'all this school year!

Michelle Hoffman

My name is Michelle Hoffman. I earned my teaching degree in Elementary Education from Houston Baptist University. I began teaching in 2006 and taught grades K, 1, 2 and 4 for a total of five years before staying home with my daughter. I substituted in Pre-K-5th grade and also taught at a private preschool for a few years before staying home to have my son. I went back to teaching when he was 2 years old and am going into my 5th year at Davidson teaching kindergarten. My husband and I have four children. Our girls are in high school and junior high and our son is in elementary school. I love all things with owls, swimming, gardening, walking, reading, going to the beach and spending time with my family.

Sharmila Nandy

Hi! I am Sharmila Nandy and I am so excited to be teaching your little ones this year! This is my 2nd year being a part of Davidson family. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a major in Accountancy from India. I earned my second Bachelors degree in Science with Interdisciplinary Studies with a major in Early Childhood Education from UHV. I live in Katy with my husband and 13-year-old son. I love to travel and experience different cultures. I am looking forward to have an awesome year ahead!
