          • Student Parking Information

Parking spaces for the 2022-2023 school year will be available for online purchase on Monday, August 1st at 8:00 am.  We are only offering the online option for parking at this time.  You will not be able to come to campus to request/purchase a parking space.

Seniors, Juniors and Sophomores can all begin purchasing parking tags on August 1st at 8:00 am.  Parking spots will begin to be assigned at the end of the day on August 3rd based on the order that students purchased their parking tag, with priority given to Seniors, then Juniors, and then Sophomores.  Starting August 4th, all parking requests will be assigned in order of online submission.  Freshmen students will not be allowed to park on campus.

To purchase a parking tag, go to  and complete the online application.  You will not be able to access the application until 8:00am on August 1st.  To complete the application, you will need:
            •    a picture or scanned image of your valid driver’s license
            •    valid proof of insurance, which includes:
o    The vehicle being registered in the online application
o    An expiration date not within 10 days of application
            •    a picture or scanned image of your payment receipt from KatyISD’s Pay ‘N Go system

All parking tags will be $50 and payment will only be accepted through Pay ‘N Go.  If you haven’t already, you can set up an account at Pay’N Go Website. Once both the application and payment are completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a review of your completed parking application.

We will verify each submitted application and do our best to assign the parking spaces based on the requests in the application, but cannot guarantee specific parking spaces.
We will contact you using the email provided in your application on how/when to pick up your parking tag.  So, you will not come to campus until parking tags are distributed through our Grab and Go process.

          • Volunteers & Raptor Registration

Katy ISD has launched its District’s Raptor Volunteer Initiative. Raptor ensures quick and easy volunteer registration, allowing individual volunteers to create and manage a personal volunteer profile.  In addition, the Raptor Volunteer Initiative provides an additional layer of protection for our Katy ISD students, staff, volunteers, and visitors - prioritizing the safety and security of our entire Katy ISD family. Beginning this fall, the district will require all volunteers serving on campuses during the instructional day to register with the District through its Raptor security system. Effective this spring, the new Raptor Volunteer registration and sign-in procedures will extend to volunteers serving during and after the instructional day, whether on or off campus. Once registered, volunteers should contact their campus volunteer organization to sign up for specific campus support activities.

          • Free and Reduced Application Opens August 1

In May 2022, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) concluded its free breakfast and lunch meal service that was available to all students, regardless of eligibility. To determine eligibility for free meals for the 2022-2023 school year, families with students who do not attend a Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) campus will need to complete a Meal Benefits/Free & Reduced meals application. More information about free and reduced benefits can be found here. The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Child Nutrition Programs Income Eligibility Guidelines can be found here.

Please note that students who are attending an USDA designated Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) campus during the 2022-2023 school year will continue to receive free meals and are not required to complete a Meal Benefits application. More information about the USDA CEP program and eligible Katy ISD campuses can be found here.
