Due to privacy guidelines, the staff of the Department of Research, Assessment, and Accountability are not authorized to release student information or scores to the public, including parents or guardians. Please contact your student's campus for access to student records, including assessment results.
The Department of Research, Assessment, and Accountability often receives questions from the community about “opting out" of state testing. Please see the FAQ Opting Out of State Testing document to clarify state requirements.

2025 Summer EOC Testing Information
Any student who did not take or did not achieve Approaches Grade Level, Meets, or Masters on 2025 STAAR EOC assessments is eligible to retest in June at their home campus. STAAR EOC June testing dates are Tuesday, June 17 – Thursday, June 19, 2025. See the chart below regarding start time and testing subjects. Students who did not pass multiple scheduled assessments will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure that testing opportunities are provided for the student.
- Students will test at their home campus.
- Students must bring a fully charged district-issued Chromebook.
- Students must bring a picture ID to be admitted each morning of testing.
- Students must provide their own transportation.
- No make-up testing will be provided. Students who do not retest in the summer will automatically be registered to retest in December.
- No lunch or snacks will be provided; however, students may bring their own snacks and water.
