Off-Campus Physical Education

Please submit completed off-campus PE forms to our Google Form found here. Your application is not complete unless you submit both the Application and Instructor Agreement forms. 

You can access the informational packet, application, and instructor agreement from Katy ISD's off-campus PE website by clicking this link.

Please note that current 9th grade students (Class of 2028) will have off-campus PE factored into their GPA. Current 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students (Class of '25, '26, and '27) will continue to have their off-campus PE exempted from their GPA. For more information please review the 2024-2025 Off Campus PE Information Packet.

The link for Off-Campus PE will reopen in the spring for the second semester of the 2024-2025 school year. DO NOT submit applications meant for the 2025-2026 school year. Those will be collected next Fall.
