Registration  

Can be completed online through KISD Online Registration Portal 

Documentation Needed:  

• Official Birth Certificate 

• If using a passport of the student, submit the official birth certificate 30 days after enrollment. 

• Immunization records 

• Parent/Guardian Government issued Photo ID  

• Report card from the school most recently attended 

• Proof of Address (current utility bill for light, water, or gas in the parent/guardian’s name)  

• If the purchasing paperwork/lease agreement is submitted, a utility bill must be submitted 30 days after enrollment.  

• If you live with someone else and the gas, water or electricity, lease agreement is in someone else’s name, please fill out the following Bona Fide H (Spanish Version) and Bona Fide I (Spanish Version) document and upload it with your enrollment information.

Please upload ALL the documents before submitting them. Any missing documentation will delay your student’s enrollment.  

Withdrawals 

Please obtain a Leaver Form from the campus registrar and return it with your picture ID.  

Parents should notify the registrar 24 hours in advance when a child is withdrawing. The parent must come to the office to complete final withdrawal procedures. All library books must be cleared, and school property returned before a student is withdrawn. Records will be sent to the new school when release of records documentation has been received.​​

Are you moving?  

If you are moving to another KISD school, please bring a copy of your new proof of residence to the students’ current campus and fill out a Building change form. The school will then transfer all records to the new KISD campus.
