Hi, I am new to Katy ISD and a recent graduate of University of North Texas-Denton with a MLIS.  I taught 11 years of Kindergarten and 4 years of library skill classes in an Early Childhood Center Library.  This will be my 16th year in education. I love reading and learning, spending time with the family, and traveling and exploring new places.  I am thrilled to be here at Schmalz Elementary as your librarian/media library specialist.
