Mrs. Jessica Holmes
Hello! I'm Mrs. Holmes and I'm very excited about being the new school librarian.
This will be my tenth year as an educator and my 3rd year working for Katy ISD.
I became a school librarian because I am passionate about fostering a love of reading and learning in young minds. I wanted to create a welcoming space where students could discover new worlds through books, explore their interests, and develop their curiosity. Being a librarian allows me to support educators, guide students in their research, and ignite a lifelong enthusiasm for knowledge. Witnessing the transformation of students as they find their favorite stories or tackle new challenges is incredibly rewarding, and it drives me to continually enrich our library’s resources and programs.
