All About Our Counselor!

Welcome Owls,

I am ecstatic to be part of the McElwain family!  This will be my 20th year in education and my fifth year as a school counselor.  I have one daughter, Santia, and we enjoy going to the movies and trying out new restaurants. 

I am passionate about assisting students with overcoming challenges that impede upon learning and growing to their fullest potential.

My goal is to help your children feel confident in themselves, learn healthy coping skills, and to develop positive social skills.  I believe these skills are essential for developing the whole child and here to help support you and your child in any way I can.  Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns or visit my virtual counseling office for more resources.
