Fathers, step-fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and other father-figures volunteer for at least one day each year at an official Watch DOGS School.
What does a day in the life of a Watch DOG look like?
Schedules (Monday-Friday 7:45-2:45)
- Except for CLOSED campus days
- Recommended to sign up once per school year, per child
Activities
- Greet students as they arrive at school
- Make a special appearance on the OWL News morning announcements
- Spend time in a child’s classroom/grade level
- Patrol the hallways & exterior of the building
- Assist in library
- Lunch Duty (including lunch with your child)
- Recess
- Attends Specials time
- Smile and BE A HERO for a day!
