I grew up in Conroe, Texas. Graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown. I am completing my Masters in Library Science with School Librarian Certification at Texas Woman’s University.  I have taught elementary school in Alief and Katy ISD. My family and I live right here in Cross Creek Ranch. I have been married for 12 years. I have identical twins, Chandler & Charlee, in 3rd grade. We have an Aussiedoodle named Marley. I love books, dancing, music, and most of all, my family.

Hello! I grew up in Ohio and relocated to the Houston area six years ago after a short stint of living abroad. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Missouri S&T (formerly UMR) and a Master's degree in Paleontology from the University of Oklahoma. In a past life, I've been employed as an environmental geologist and an adjunct professor with Tarrant County College teaching geology and earth science. On a personal note, I met my husband in graduate school and we have two wonderful children who attend JRE. I love traveling to new places, playing tennis, and spending time with family.
