If your student is interested in trying out for a sports team next school year or plans to attend a sports skills session this summer, they must have a new physical dated after May 1, 2024, and complete all of the Rank One forms. You can have the exam completed at your doctor's office, or you can have it done at one of the high schools on certain dates. Please see the links posted below for more information.
