Hello! I am a graduate of Mayde Creek High School. I got my bachelor's degree in education from The University of Texas at Austin in 1997. I taught 6-8 grade English for 21 years before becoming a librarian! Within Katy ISD, I've worked at West Memorial Junior High and Memorial Parkway Junior High. I was excited to accept a position at Morton Ranch Junior High for the 2020-21 school year.

I love being a librarian because sharing a love for reading is important. It's my goal to help all of our Mavericks become independent, confident, life-long learners.
