    • 12:00 PM: Lunch provided by Rotary Club of Katy
    • 3:30 PM: Goats, Lambs, and Swine must be in Pens
    • 4:30-6:00 PM: Goats, Lambs, and Swine weigh-in at LD Robinson Pavilion
    • 4:30-6:00 PM: Steers weigh-in at Barn 5
