I am new to Katy ISD; how do I access my account for the first time? 
Go to MyKaty to log in. Use your district provided username and password to login. 

What is my username?
Your Username is the same as your HAC ID, which is what you use to sign into the Home Access Center. 

What is the Home Access Center (HAC)?
The Home Access Center (HAC) provides an online grade book where parents and guardians can view helpful student information to support and guide their children through the educational process.

What are the answers to my security questions?
You would have created these answers the first time you accessed MyKaty. 

How do I change my password?
If you would like to change your password or have forgotten it, please follow these instructions.

How can I assist my elementary student with a password?
Elementary students have a default password that can't be changed.  You should have received it in writing.  If an elementary student is on campus, teachers and librarians can help.  If you need further assistance with an elementary password, the most efficient way is to submit a support request using our Parent Tech Support ticketing system via MyKaty Cloud.
