For questions about your students' special education records, please contact your student's campus, or contact Jessica Nuncio at the Special Education Records Office at 281-396-2622 or jessicarnuncio@katyisd.org.

Parents/guardians are able to request special education records for students through the Katy ISD Special Education Records office by completing the form below and emailing it to jessicarnuncio@katyisd.org.
