Each January, Katy ISD joins districts across the state in celebrating School Board Recognition Month to honor the community volunteers for their commitment and contributions to our public schools.
The theme of this year’s School Board Recognition Month is “Forward, Together,” which highlights the collaboration among school leadership, teachers, and parents on behalf of students.
The seven men and women serving Katy ISD are: Greg Schulte, president; Lance Redmon, vice president; Ashley Vann, secretary; Dawn Champagne, member; Rebecca Fox, member; Victor Perez, member; and Leah Wilson, member.
The Board of Trustees will be honored throughout the month of January, culminating in a special recognition at the January 23 Regular Board meeting. Learn more about Katy ISD’s Board of Trustees.
