Application for Free and Reduced-Priced Meals Now Open for 2024-25 School Year

KATY, TX [August 1, 2024] – Katy ISD families may now apply for free and reduced-priced meals for the 2024-25 school year.

Families can complete the application online and only one application per family needs to be completed. Please note, applications should be completed by September 26, 2024, to ensure that families do not lose their eligibility status from last school year.

“Healthy breakfast and lunch meals positively contribute to students’ academic achievement and success,” said Donna Pittenger, Executive Director of Nutrition and Food Services in Katy ISD. “Completing the application can give parents peace of mind that their students have access to quality meals every day.”

Students at the following campuses have access to free breakfast and lunch meals under the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) designation, and families at these campuses do not need to complete the application:
