Community Invited to Katy ISD FFA Progress Show

KATY, TX [December 11, 2024] – As Katy ISD prepares for the upcoming Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR), families and community members are invited to attend the upcoming FFA Progress Show, scheduled for December 12-13. 

The event will be held at the Young Agricultural Sciences Center (5801 Katy Hockley Cut Off Rd., Katy, TX 77493). Students will show their sheep and goats on December 12, beginning at 4 p.m., and students will show pigs and steers on December 13, beginning at 1 p.m.

“Even as we celebrate the holiday season, we invite our families and community members to our event to see the talent and passion of our students as we look forward to the upcoming rodeo season,” said Jeannie Knierim, Director of CTE in Katy ISD.”
