RediMD Telemedicine

RediMD is the virtual medicine provider for the Katy ISD Health Plan, allowing greater access to care in an efficient manner. Plus, it's FREE for those on the Katy ISD Health Plan!  Now, an additional tool has been provided for you via RediMD, it is called “Ask Amy." This new resource uses artificial intelligence to give plan members the ability to ask questions about their health and receive instant answers. Are there times when your medications simply need to be refilled and you don’t have time to go to the doctor?  Express Scripts and RediMD have partnered to provide you a seamless way to save you time and money to secure your maintenance medications automatically.  Simply visit www.RediMD.com and enter Benefits Code “katyisd” or call 866-989-2873 to confirm your pharmacy location with a provider and your prescription will be filled.  For extra convenience mail order service is available at your request as well. As needed you may also discuss or ask questions about your current medications with a physician as warranted.
