Electronic Bidding

Katy ISD has implemented the Bonfire electronic bidding system for solicitation notifications, submissions, and contract management. Vendors interested in doing business with the District should register in Bonfire to receive email notifications when a solicitation is issued.

Registered vendors have access to several features including, but not limited to:

• Notifications for solicitations matching the commodities selected during the registration process.
• The ability to update and change their registration information.
• Real time access to bid notifications, amendments, and final award information.
• Electronic confirmation emails after each bid submission.

NOTE: 
Registration does not guarantee any level of business expenditure by the District.

Non-Electronic Bidding

Vendors may respond to the following solicitations by submitting a sealed response to the Purchasing Department either by mail or hand delivery up to the date listed below. Proposals received after the response deadline will not be accepted. All times are central standard time.
