A+ Pay N' Go Payments, Accounts, and Refund
Katy ISD A+ Pay N’ Go is an online web store, providing a convenient way for parents, students, and other patrons to make payments for cafeteria meals, activity fees, and a variety of other campus and district related services. There are no transaction fees, and the system accepts debit cards, prepaid debit cards, credit cards, and e-checks.
The A+ Pay N’ Go landing page can be accessed through the District’s global icons or the campus global icons.
Do I need an account to use A+ Pay N’ Go?
- An account is not required to browse the webstore; however, you must create an account to make payments. View the video for step by step instructions.
What information do I need to pay fees online?
You will need:
- A valid email address,
- A password, which you will create during your first purchase,
- A Discover, MasterCard or Visa issued credit card, debit card or e-check.
Pay the following online with no transaction fees:
- Athletic Fees
- Cafeteria Payments
- Instrument Usage Fees
- Student Activity Payments
- Student Fees

Requesting a refund:
What you will need:
- Payor’s name, address, email address, and phone number;
- Student name (if applicable);
- Student ID or Employee ID;
- Fee Type (Athletics, Course, Instrument Usage, etc.);
- Fee amount;
- School attended (if applicable);
- Pay N’ Go order number if available;
- Detailed reason for the refund request.
To request a refund, select the “Request a Refund” tile in the A+ Pay N' Go Web Store.
Please note:
Refunds for course fees will be allowed if the course is dropped at or before the end of the first grading period of the current semester.
Refunds for Legacy Virtual High School will be allowed based on the eligibility guidelines listed on the Katy Virtual School Calendar.
