All-In Partnerships
Go All-in for a Katy ISD Campus
All-In Partnerships are about more than a one-time contribution. They are relationship-driven partnerships built around the unique needs of a campus and the unique strengths of your organization.
PIE will help match your organization with a campus based on location, mission and need and help start the conversation. From there, you and your campus partner work together to identify opportunities, set goals and build a partnership that makes a difference.
What Does It Mean to Be All-In?
Being All-In means becoming a trusted community ally to one Katy ISD campus.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every campus has different needs, and every organization has something different to offer. Your partnership might involve employees volunteering their time, providing goods or services, supporting campus initiatives, sharing professional expertise or simply finding creative ways to encourage students and staff.
The goal is to build an authentic, ongoing relationship where both the campus and community partner are actively engaged.
What Could Your Partnership Look Like?
All-In Partners can make an impact in many different ways. Opportunities may include:
- Serving as classroom or library volunteers
- Providing KEYS mentors
- Donating equipment, materials or other needed items
- Providing meals or encouragement for faculty and staff
- Supporting campus beautification projects
- Recruiting additional volunteers or community partners
- Participating on a Campus Advisory Team (CAT)
- Serving as judges for campus events and programs
- Sharing professional expertise, services or resources
- Supporting sponsorship opportunities when appropriate
- Creating new ideas alongside your campus based on its unique needs
The most meaningful partnerships aren't defined by the size of a contribution. They're built by people who show up, listen and find ways to help.
