JENKS (MJE) ELEMENTARY

Jenks Elementary (MJE) Southwest Quadrant

All eligible Pre‑K, Kindergarten, and 5th‑grade students whose home campus is in the Southwest Quadrant will attend Jenks Elementary for the 2026 Summer School Programs. Please find additional program information within our Elementary Summer Programs Newsletter.

Southwest Quadrant Feeder Campuses:  Bryant, Campbell, Davidson, Jenks, Kilpatrick, Randolph, Rylander, Shafer, Stanley, Wilson, Wolman

Meals -

  • Pricing: Breakfast and lunch meals will be charged based on student’s eligibility.
  • Additional menu options and a la carte purchases will be charged as priced
    • Elementary Breakfast $1.25 paid/$.30 reduced
    • Elementary Lunch $2.25 paid/$.40 reduced

Transportation - (each feeder elementary school campus is a hub for students attending their assigned summer campus)

Times -8:00 am - 3:45 pm 

  • Dates - (Katy ISD campuses are closed on Fridays during the summer)
  • PreK/K ESL/BIL:
    • Thursday, May 28, Friday, May 29 
    • June 1 - June 25  (Monday - Thursday)
  • ELD (5th Grade):
    • Monday, June 1 - Wednesday, June 24
      • Staff in-service day Thursday, June 25
  • HB1416 (5th Grade)
    • Monday, June 15 -  Thursday, June 25
      • Students who need Math and Reading will receive 4 full days of Math accelerated learning followed by 4 full days of Reading accelerated learning (or vice versa)
      • Students who need Math only will receive 4 days of Math accelerated learning
      • Students who need Reading only will receive 4 days of Reading accelerated learning
