FRANZ (FES) ELEMENTARY

Franz Elementary (FES) Northeast Quadrant

Rhoads Elementary

All eligible students in grades Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 5th whose home campus resides in the Northeast Quadrant will attend Franz Elementary this summer for the 2025 Katy Summer Academic Term (KSAT). 

Northeast Quadrant Feeder Campuses:  Bear Creek, Franz, Golbow, Mayde Creek, McRoberts, Morton Ranch, Rhoads, Schmalz, Stephens, Sundown, Winborn, Wolfe

Programs - Pre-K/Kinder ESL/Bilingual; 5th ELD

Application - All elementary programs are by Invitation Only

Feeder Elementary Schools - Bear Creek - Franz - Golbow - Mayde Creek - McRoberts - Morton Ranch - Rhoads - Schmalz - Stephens - Sundown - Winborn - Wolfe

Meals - Breakfast and lunch will be provided at no charge for all KSAT students attending Franz Elementary.

Transportation - Each feeder school campus is a hub for students attending the KSAT campus. 

Please Note: Parents who decide to change their student's KSAT Transportation selection must request via this form link.

Times - 8:00am - 3:45pm 

Dates - All Elementary KSAT instruction will be held Monday through Thursday during the month of June. Katy ISD campuses are closed on Fridays during the summer. 

  • 5th ELD: Monday, June 2– Wednesday, June 25 
  • Pre-K & Kinder ESL/Bilingual: May 29–30 (Th-Fri) ; June 2–26
