AP Research

To meet the course requirements of the College Board’s AP Research course, all campuses offering the AP Research course must create a Campus Institutional Review Board to evaluate the potential physical and psychological risk of research involving humans (AP Research Course Description, College Board). Any student wishing to conduct research involving human subjects, including, but not limited to, surveys or questionnaires, must apply to the Campus Institutional Review Board and gain permission to proceed before any interaction with human subjects.
