If I could have a cat, it would be Tun Tun. She is the best and I like her so much because she's cute. She would have super powers like super speed, teleportation, flying, and super grip. I made her by making some painted paper. Then I made a circle and triangles with my pencil and cut them out. Lastly I cut the eyes out and used a marker to add the rest of the details. I wouldn't change anything about my artwork because I love Tun Tun so much!

I like to make art because it's what entertains me the most. And I discovered that I could do it all the time. At home, my mom always has an area for me to paint. And the golden dream is inspired by me because I was able to make it and I succeeded. My favorite part is the sunflower in the middle because it catches the eye.

King Burger is so silly and he likes silly movies. He likes the color yellow and likes to eat popcorn. I chose these colors because it was cute and it looked fun to draw. I learned that you can draw with different colors and combine them. This means so much to me to be in the art show because I worked hard and it was so fun.

This is a picture of a panda in his habitat. He's sitting on the leaves to make himself comfortable. Behind him is a bunch of bamboo that he is getting ready to eat for dinner.

I was inspired by Mr. Claude Monet because he painted with lots of colors. He didn't worry about making them perfect, but he made beautiful pictures with little dots of paint. I hope people are surprised by a little girl in third grade, because she can be a lot of beautiful things including a painter!

I made a painting of a dot with complementary colors. I liked the part where we turned the pieces of the painting around. I learned that if you mess up, it will turn out better no matter what.

I created my artwork by staining and crumbling the paper. I then used sharpie markers and prismacolors. I was inspired by my dogs who are constantly chasing opossums in my backyard. The staining of the paper so that there were variations of brown values was the most difficult part of the project. I really like how i made the brown dog look so sweet and innocent, even though in reality, she was a big part of why the opossum is missing.

For this artwork, the process itself helped me improve a lot on the watercolor and coloring aspect. It did test my knowledge on values and colors in order to make the artwork "pop" out more, and I enjoyed subbing in a more colorful variety to show the shadows and highlights on it. If I were to give this artwork a meaning, I would say uniqueness has a key role in what it could symbolize, since it's not exactly common to find a yellow and purple panda in the wild.

My art inspiration was an artist named Mulga, whose art portrays a fun vibe with bright colors. I tried to replicate those elements into my own art. I used neon colors that contrasted with one another, giving the work variety. The scene was inspired by the musical artist Lana Del Rey, focusing on her aesthetic. This includes the heart-shaped sunglasses, and roses reflected in the shades. I really enjoy her music, so I wanted to create a piece that gave off her cinematic-glamour vibe.

The view on my future and the uncertainty I feel towards it. I've drawn myself creating a blueprint of my future self, and several other blueprints of myself as posters on the wall symbolizing all probabilities of what I could be in the future with the blank butterflies acting as a symbol of life that also represents uncertainty. I wanted to convey the feeling of not knowing what life holds for you in a sense that lays upon many factors, and overall how life can change at any moment.

My piece depicts a girl in a forest scared as a moth slowly creeps up her face. There are squares cut out of the piece that show another time where she is happy and comfortable at "home". I decided to use a moth in my painting because in certain cultures the moth represents change, so as the moth is creeping up the girl's face, she is scared because she fears change, being vulnerable, and what new things might come with change.

My brother Gabriel and I have always shared a special bond. He is one year younger, but we were mistaken for twins most of our childhood until he outgrew me in height, of course. I know when my brother is sad even though he never dwells openly on his problems. He carries himself with high levels of confidence and bravado. He is outwardly strong and walks tall. I know my brother. I see his blues when he only shows the world his vibrant colors.

This piece tells the story of a young girl who, driven by superstition, wishes on a star to get her lost teddy bear back. The bear in the foreground and soft gouache colors highlight the emotional value of a "childish" object. Charcoal evokes nostalgia, like an old film. The girl gazing from the window adds depth and longing. Text layered beneath emphasizes how superstitions offer comfort and a sense of control.
