Meet the Director

    Rosela Pratt     

Rosie Pratt serves as the Director of ESL & Bilingual Programs in Katy ISD, bringing 40 years of extensive experience in education.  In this leadership role, she is instrumental in the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of ESL & Bilingual programs.  Mrs. Pratt advocates for the needs of ESL and bilingual students, ensuring that district policies are aligned with cultural and linguistic diversity, while overseeing both instructional strategies and compliance requirements within the department.  Mrs. Pratt is bilingual-certified with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s Degree in Education, highlighting her dedication to the success of all learners. She is committed to fostering a transformative educational experience that empowers students to excel academically and professionally, while promoting cultural diversity and language equity within the school community.
