Desktop Services (DTS) provides on-site technical support for all Standard PC's, Laptops, Netbooks and all attached peripherals. Services provided by the 27 DTS Computer Field Engineers include: installations, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and the repair of over 100,000 district owned and campus based pieces of technology related equipment. The DTS department is currently enrolled in the Lenovo Self-Maintainer Warranty Program providing immediate service of all in-warranty repairs for all District Standard Lenovo products. DTS is also responsible for the staffing and operation of the technology warehouse that provides support for the removal, disposal and recycling of all technology equipment, as well as the receiving and delivery support for all new IT purchases.
