Parent and Student Instructions for Katy ISD Digital Resources
Use the links below to locate helpful information for District technology tools.
ANNUAL STUDENT UPDATE (Tech Tip): If you are accessing the ASU via Home Access Center, please make sure to log in with your parent credentials. The ASU cannot be accessed on student accounts.
HOME ACCESS CENTER (Tech Tip): Please remember, only students from 5th - 12th grade have access to HAC with their student account. PreK-4th grade Parents can login with their parent credentials.
STUDENT APPLICATIONS & TEXTBOOKS (News): Students will have access after start-of-school. Teachers will provide all information to their students on applications and when digital resources are available.
Non-Technology questions should be directed to student campuses.
For KISD USERNAME and PASSWORD assistance, please visit our Password Self Service tool to retrieve a username and/or update a password.
If the issue is with CANVAS, login to CANVAS (via MyKaty Cloud) and click the question mark in the left navigation section to submit a help request.
