Primary Purpose:
This office serves as the in-house authority on policy, discipline, and governance issues as well as federal and state compliance requirements in areas of responsibility. Other responsibilities include the development of the District’s Discipline Management Plan and Student Code of Conduct, District Improvement Plan, 504 implementation procedures, instructional calendar, training of campus discipline hearing officers, Medicaid billing and reimbursements, community education, and assisting the General Counsel with administrative tasks related to governance, planning, and compliance.
