Foreign Exchange Program

It is the goal of Katy Independent School District (KISD) to provide international students from diverse cultures, who are approved for enrollment, the opportunity to experience the rewards of participating in quality educational programs, to meet and interact with students with a variety of interests, and to become more fluent in both written and spoken English.

Foreign Exchange Students must attend the high school to which their host family residential address is zoned. Acceptance is granted on a first-come/first-serve basis after all required components of the application process have been met.

2022-2023 KISD Foreign Exchange Application and all required attachments should be emailed to CampusAdminSupport@KATYISD.ORGApplications received prior to Monday, March 22, 2022 9:00 a.m. CST​, will not be accepted.  Deadline for receiving applications is Thursday, July 15, 2022.

  • Agency Representatives please attend an informational meeting on March 1, 2022 at Legacy Stadium Meeting Rooms at 6:30 pm.
