This hands-on program covers a range of techniques including icing preparation, basic piping, stars, dots, shell border, basic writing, color mixing, and more. In this class, you will not only learn how to decorate a stunning cake, but also the art of creating beautiful cupcakes adorned with intricate floral designs. Learn to design a cake with an array of exquisite flowers such as roses, daisies, swirl flowers, leaves and grass, adding a touch of elegance to your creations. To make sure you have all the necessary tools and materials for the class, a kit can be purchased from the instructor starting at $35.
