As part of our on-going commitment to be more environmentally friendly, and to ensure parents have quick and easy access to important information, Katy ISD has launched the Katy Corkboard to email flyers home to families, digitally.
As a service to Katy ISD parents, students and community, the District provides a portion of this space for non-profit organizations, and some youth groups that utilize Katy ISD facilities, to post notices regarding special events, programs and activities.
Katy Corkboard will officially launch to outside organizations on June 1, 2021.
You may submit flyers for review and approval, however, flyer requests for posting prior to June 1 may be declined until the official launch.

All flyers will be reviewed and approved prior to inclusion in the Katy Corkboard. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.

Katy ISD will conduct a review and approval process on all flyers for external non-school groups or organizations that provide evidence of non-profit status or for youth groups that utilize Katy ISD facilities.
The non-profit organization must provide documentation of the official 501(c)(3) non-profit status when uploading a flyer for consideration. Non-profit organizations will not be charged a fee to post flyers.
Up to four pages will be accepted for posting. (This includes any translations.)
The flyer/printed material should not contain advertising logos or promotions for any business/organization other than the approved non-profit submitting the flyer.
All athletic/sport team flyers are subject to approval of the Katy ISD Athletic Department. Please allow extra time for this approval to occur.
CAMPUSES ARE NOT ALLOWED OR AUTHORIZED TO PRINT COPIES OF ANY FLYER.
