      • If you are taking an exam that begins at 12:00pm, you may arrive at 11:15am for a 11:30am check-in.
      • If you are taking an exam that begins at 2:00pm, you may arrive at 1:30pm for a 1:45pm check-in.
      • For all exams, student will enter the building through the main campus front entrance.  You will need to show your CRHS Student ID upon entering the building.

    • If you have a testing conflict because you have registered for two exams being tested at the same time, you can go to your College Board account to see which test you will be taking in the second testing window.  We will also be contacting each student affected by this via email.

    • Students who have an AP exam and an EOC on the same day/same time will take the AP exam on the scheduled day.  The EOC assessment will be given on an EOC make-up day.

    • If you are scheduled for two tests back-to-back on the same day, you MUST bring your own lunch to eat in between the two tests.  You WILL NOT have time to go to the cafeteria to buy food.

    • All students and parents are encouraged to read the “2021 AP Exam Terms and Conditions" information prior to testing.  This information can be found here:  On exam day, students will need to acknowledge on their answer sheets that they have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions before taking the exam.

    • KVA students may ride district transportation to and from their campus on their scheduled AP exam days. Students who arrive early or remain after the exam will be placed in a large room setting after the scheduled AP exam. Parents may pick up their KVA students to transport home prior to the end of the school day.

    • Students cannot independently opt to choose the testing window.  The district is responsible for determining which of the AP testing dates and modes are best suited for this school year. Katy ISD will abide by the College Board's best practice that students complete in-school testing.  Students who test using a paper version will maximize his/her opportunity to be successful on the exam. For all paper testing, the directions are read to the students and students can go back to previous questions, as times allows. Digital Exams are very different than the 2020 Emergency plan.  The digital exams are full-length AP exams and start/stop automatically. For digital exams, students are not able to go back to questions after they've been answered, or go back and forth between unanswered questions. For these reasons, Katy ISD will continue to implement best practices for students by completing in-school paper and pencil testing.

    • The chart listed below illustrates the digital exam differences between 2020 vs. 2021
