Application Process

Are you ready to join the Katy ISD TEA⁺CH ACP?

1. Apply through SchoolSpring. Type ACP in the Search Bar. If the position does not appear, select 'Reset' and try searching again. 

2. Request official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended. These are required for admittance into the program and can be sent from the universities directly to us by using the following email: ACP@katyisd.org. Hard copies of transcripts may be mailed to:

3. The application window will be open from April 1st to September 1st each year.  Upon acceptance, coursework will begin in early October.

4. New applications will be reviewed daily during the application window. Once your application and transcripts have been submitted, they will be reviewed to determine eligibility, including degree completion and GPA. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by the ACP staff. If you have met the eligibility requirements, you will be invited to participate in an in-person interview.

5. If you are successful in the interview and all other admissions requirements, you will receive an acceptance letter, inviting you to participate in the program.
