Time Commitment

Admission into our program requires the following time commitments:

• In-person classes Tuesday and Thursday evenings, August through June beginning at 5:30 pm and lasting until 9:30 pm
• In-person full day classes 1 Saturday per month November - April for coursework and September - April during Internship year
• In-person full day classes for 3 days in June prior to internship
• TEAMS virtual meetings one Monday/Thursday per month 5:30 pm until 9:30 pm
• Additional time outside of class for online test preparation (provided by program)
• 6-7 full days spent in assigned Field Based Experiences between September and March
  • Current Katy ISD long-term subs and instructional paraprofessionals may earn hours to replace 2 Field Based Experiences
