Lenny Schad serves as Katy ISD’s Chief Information Officer (CIO). Having served as the CIO for the past eight years, he is responsible for strategic direction and long-range planning through deployment, integration and operation of technology throughout the District. Schad oversees enterprise applications, technical operations, training, instructional technology and the support center with great success. Katy ISD was named among the 12 percent of school districts in the country designated as high technology districts by the CEO Forum, under Schad’s leadership.
