Gifts and Donations

Gifts and donations received from every district organization are reported to the Purchasing Department monthly. These include donations from the district's Business Partners as well as community members.

Katy ISD is very fortunate to have such a generous business and family community. The Purchasing Department has processed $458,048 in donations during the 2004-2005 fiscal year.

Gifts/donations are reported on a "Request for Acceptance of Donated Items" form. Forms are currently available online via KatyNet.
