Partners in Education
Bringing the Community into the Classroom
Katy ISD believes community involvement in our schools is a vital component for student success. Whether one hour per year or twenty hours per week, volunteering on behalf of our schools models good citizenship to our children and lets them know that their education is important. Because each of us is blessed with talents uniquely given to us and us alone, what we give to others by volunteering our time can be neither matched nor duplicated by anyone else.
The Partners in Education department offers a variety of programs and events designed to make volunteering in Katy ISD fun, easy and rewarding. So whether you are a business owner, retiree, or parent, there’s a place for you in Katy ISD.
