Important Announcements

Parents and students may now receive emails when course averages go below or are above a number that they can specify - read "Set Course Average Email Alert". After logging into the Home Access Center, go to the My Alerts page to set your course average email alert.

• You must have a valid email address on file with your campus to receive the course average email. To verify your email address, go to the Registration screen in the Home Access Center, click on Edit Information, and then view the email address that is next to your name. Update if necessary.
• REQUIRED DATA  - you must check the Course Average checkbox and input at least one number either in the "...course average below" box or the "....course average above" box. Read the "Set Course Average Email Alert" directions.

Go to the Home Access Center now!

• Email the teacher of one of your student's classes by either going to the Interim Progress or Report Card screens in the Home Access Center. If you have an email application that auto-opens when you click on an email address (Outloook), the teacher's email address will automatically fill the "To:" field of the email. If you use a web-based email provider (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) right-click on the teacher's name and then select Properties in the pop-up that appears. Then you can select the email address, copy it, and paste it into your email.

• Free and Reduced Meal Applications are now accepted throughout the school year. Online application processing can be accessed on the home page of www.katyisd.org. Questions? Contact Nutrition and Food Services Department at 281-396-6240.

• If you had a MyPaymentsPlus.com (MealPay)  account last year, use your same login and password for access.

• Parents and Guardians can now update their email address and/or phone numbers in the Home Access Center. Click on the Registration link in the main menu and then click on the "Edit Information" link. Don't forget to click on the SAVE button at the bottom of the Edit Information window to save your changes.

• A student’s classwork average may include assignment/test scores that are not visible due to the lag time between inputting scores and publishing those scores to the Home Access Center.

• How do you log into the Home Access Center? Click on the  Home Access Center logo to LOGIN.
