Students may select one extra credit assignment for extra credit. If all guidelines are followed, an additional 5 points will be added to the assignment.

Online discussion board

· Post a response to the question/s posted. Respond to at least two classmates’ posts for each assignment question. Be sure to make your responses thought-provoking.

Cattle brand

· Design and draw your own cattle brand on a piece of white paper (no lines).

· Write a neat, 2 paragraph explanation of the brand on a separate piece of paper that will be attached to the back of the brand. The paragraph will include the following information:

1. Why did you chose the particular symbol for the brand?

2. How does the brand represent you?

3. How would you keep your brand from being changed by cattle rustlers?
