You will need to print, complete, sign and take the application with you, along with the $35 processing fee ($10 for district employees), to the campus of your
future residence to enroll your child(ren). You will be required to provide the campus Registrar
with proof of residence when you enroll your child(ren). A separate application must be completed for each child. Fee must be paid by cash or money order (payable to Katy ISD).
